Refund policy

At PORESE, we want every customer to be happy with their order. If you need to return an item, please read our return and refund rules below.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to send your item back.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. PORESE does not pay for return shipping.

Returned items must be:

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or changed by the customer cannot be refunded.

Earrings, underwear, and lingerie accessories cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.

Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

After we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 5–10 business days.

Sale items are not eligible for a full refund because they were sold at a heavily reduced price.

Depending on the reason for the return, sale items may qualify for a partial refund or store credit. This is decided by PORESE.

Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us and we will check the status of your order.

Store credit is added directly to your PORESE customer account.

It will automatically be used at checkout when you place your next order.

Store credit does not expire.

For damaged or defective items, you must send us a photo before your return can be approved.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

All returns must be sent to our warehouse.

Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.
